This week you will place yourselves in the position of the Judge. Given the previously compiled information, you will weigh the arguments in alignment with the different laws presented and cases supporting to decide which party should prevail. The ultimate goal of this submission is to identify the correct law that applies to the situation as opposing parties may take differing views. You will explain not only why the law applies but how it applies to this specific breach/case and finally determine a “winner” and your punishment/sanctions. (The sanctions and/or punishment must be viable given the law chosen.)will provide with case.
